Payment & Refund Policy

Customer understands that all payments are to be made before services are provided. If a customer chooses to make monthly payments a monthly subscription plan is available. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make payments on time and Writtenburg Door is not responsible for notifying the customer when the payment is due. Customer must choose one of the following options before starting services:

Payments

Full payment: Full semester payments are due on August 15, 2024 for 1st semester and December 15, 2024 for 2nd semester.

Quarterly payments: First payment is due August 15, 2024, Second payment is due October 15, 2024, Third  payment is due December 15, 2024, Final payment is due February 15,2024. 

Monthly Payments: It is the customer's responsibility to set up monthly payments through the website subscription option. Payment will be taken out monthly in 8 increments. All first semester payments must be completed by December 15, 2024 and 2nd semester payments must be completed by March 15, 2025. 

Refunds: Are by request only. If you wish to discontinue class services a refund for the month(s) of services not used may be given. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a written request for said refund including the class, class time, student’s name, and the last day of services. Refund will not be automatically assumed or given by the Writtenburg Door Accounting staff. Monthly subscribers will need to follow the same protocol above, but may need to cancel subscription manually.
